By registering, accessing, or using Brandeora, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility
By using Brandeora, you confirm that:

- You have legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- Information provided during registration is accurate and complete
- You will maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
Brandeora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating eligibility requirements.
3. Platform Role and Nature of Service
Brandeora acts as a digital collaboration marketplace connecting creators and brands.
Brandeora: Facilitates discovery, enables communication, and may assist in coordination.
Brandeora does not: Guarantee brand deals, act as an employer, or guarantee campaign outcomes.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Registration
Users must provide accurate information including Name, Contact Details, Social Media Information, Follower Metrics, and Portfolio Details. Providing false info may result in suspension.
4.2 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining login security and all activities under their account.
5. Creator Responsibilities
Creators agree to:
- Provide authentic and truthful follower and engagement data
- Deliver agreed promotional content as per brand requirements
- Follow advertising disclosure guidelines and applicable laws
- Maintain professional communication with brands
- Avoid posting misleading, illegal, or harmful content
6. Brand Responsibilities
Brands agree to:
- Provide accurate campaign briefs and payment commitments
- Honour agreed payment terms with creators
- Avoid misleading promotional claims
- Comply with applicable advertising and marketing laws
7. Payments and Transactions
Payment terms are determined between creators and brands unless Brandeora explicitly manages transactions. We may introduce service charges in the future. We are not liable for payment disputes unless handled directly through the Platform.
8. Communication and Deal Coordination
Collaborations may be facilitated via Email, WhatsApp, or Platform Notifications. Users agree to respond within reasonable timeframes.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Platform Ownership
All platform design, software, and features are exclusive property of Brandeora. Users may not copy logic without permission.
9.2 Creator Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of original content but grant Brandeora a limited license to display portfolios and showcase campaigns for promotion.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not provide false metrics, engage in fraud, upload illegal content, attempt to hack, or circumvent platform processes.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
Brandeora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
Brandeora shall not be liable for failed collaborations, payment disputes, content performance, or indirect damages. Users participate at their own risk.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Brandeora against legal claims arising from user content, misrepresentation, or breach of agreements.
14. Data Protection and Privacy
User data is handled according to Brandeora’s Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services
We may integrate APIs, Payment Gateways, etc. Brandeora is not responsible for their failures.
